Privacy policy

The short version
- This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
- If you email us, we use your message only to reply and to work with you.
- Photos you send us for animation are used only to make your clip — never for AI training — and then deleted.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is WOW PROJECT sp. z o.o. (“Wow Project”, “we”) — see our company details. You can reach us at contact@wow-project.net.
2. Visiting this website
We don't use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools, and we don't load fonts, scripts or media from other companies' servers.
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To serve pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time of the request. We use this data only to run and secure the website (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and never to identify you. Cloudflare acts as our processor and may process data outside the European Economic Area; those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
3. When you email us
If you write to us, we process your email address, your name and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply and, if you wish, to prepare an offer or carry out a project with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep a record of our correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep emails for as long as the matter needs, and afterwards for up to 6 years in case of legal claims. Emails to contact@wow-project.net are received by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to our Gmail mailbox, provided by Google.
4. Photos you send for animation
“Animate your picture” is in early access. When you send us a photo:
- We use the photo and your instructions only to create the clip you asked for.
- Send only photos you own or hold full rights to. Before we start, we may ask for written consent — from you, and from anyone shown in the photo. We keep these consents in electronic form for 6 years, as proof that we were allowed to use the photo.
- We never use your photos, instructions or clips to train AI models.
- We delete your photo and the generated clip once you have accepted the result, unless you ask us to keep them or agree that we may show the clip as an example of our work.
- Every clip we deliver is labelled as AI-generated.
The legal basis is doing what you asked us to do (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Work for business clients
When we audit a website or moderate chatbot conversations for a client, any personal data involved is processed on the client's behalf under a separate data processing agreement. This policy does not cover that processing — the client's own privacy policy does.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Just write to contact@wow-project.net.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
7. No automated decisions
We don't make automated decisions about you and we don't profile visitors.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
